Parents ring while you are teaching

Tutors, tuition centres, music and language teaching

In short. A parent rings mid-lesson. You cannot answer, and by the evening they have booked with someone else. Enquiry 360 is an AI receptionist that answers, asks which child, which year group and which subject, and emails you the enquiry with the details filled in. It answers in the family’s language if they prefer. From £99 + VAT a month. It answers during lessons and after them. You can ring 01902 962999 and hear this exact line.

The enquiry you miss is almost always taken during a lesson, which is the one hour you genuinely cannot pick up the phone.

What it asks a parent

Which child, which year group, which subject, what they are working towards and when they want to start. The things you would ask, so the enquiry arrives ready to act on rather than as a name and a number.

GCSE maths, eleven-plus preparation and A-level physics are different conversations, and it can ask different follow-ups for each.

Answering in the family’s language

A parent who is more comfortable in Urdu, Polish or Romanian gets the whole conversation in that language, and you still get the enquiry in English. For a lot of tuition businesses that is not a nicety, it is a wider catchment.

There are 66 languages and no extra charge for any of them.

Evenings and weekends

Which is when parents actually ring. There is no hourly cost, so a Sunday enquiry costs the same as a Tuesday one.

What you get

An email as the call ends, and a record in your own Microsoft Dataverse so you can see how many enquiries came in, for which subjects, and which ones you have not answered yet.

The same thing works on screen

If you or an assistant take the enquiries yourselves, the same process runs in a browser. You are walked through the same questions, and the enquiry is recorded the same way, so your records are consistent whoever took the call.

That is the application on its own, installed from Microsoft AppSource. The phone answering is a separate thing you can add when you want it.

Frequently asked

Can it take bookings for lesson slots?

It takes the request and passes it to you. It does not write into a timetable it cannot see. For most tuition businesses the availability question depends on the tutor, the subject and the level, which is a conversation rather than a slot.

Will it handle safeguarding questions properly?

It captures and routes. It does not answer questions about a child’s circumstances or offer guidance, and you configure what it should do if a caller raises something that needs a person.

Can it answer in another language?

Yes, in 66. Either set the line to a language, or the parent can ask to switch part-way through. The enquiry still reaches you in English.

Can I hear it first?

Ring 01902 962999. It is a live tuition line and takes about a minute.

Is it better than letting it go to the answerphone?

Most parents do not leave a message, they ring the next tuition centre. This answers, takes the child, the year group and the subject, and the enquiry is with you before the lesson finishes.

Hear it handle one. Ring 01902 962999. It is a live line, not a recording, and it takes about a minute.
