All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

We expressly reserve all rights in the content of this site for the purposes of text and data mining, including under Article 4(3) of Directive (EU) 2019/790. No licence is granted for text or data mining, web scraping, or the use of any content on this site to train or develop artificial-intelligence or machine-learning systems.

5. Accuracy of content

We take care to keep this site accurate and current, but it is provided for general information about our products. Nothing here forms part of any contract unless it is expressly incorporated into one you have signed with us.

Prices shown on this site are indicative list prices in pounds sterling and exclude VAT. They may change without notice, do not constitute an offer, and do not include the Microsoft Azure consumption you pay directly to Microsoft. Your actual price is the one stated in your order form or quotation.

7. Links to other sites

Where we link to third-party sites (such as Microsoft AppSource), we do so for information. We do not control them and accept no responsibility for their content or their handling of your data.

8. Availability

We do not guarantee that the site will always be available or uninterrupted. We may suspend, withdraw or change any part of it without notice.

9. Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
